1. Introduction

5. Seller Responsibilities

- Avoid uploading any harmful or malicious content
You retain ownership of your content but grant Instructoza a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, promote, or sell content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Promotes illegal activities
- Violates the privacy of others
- Includes false or deceptive claims
7. Payments and Fees
- Instructoza may charge a commission or service fee on each successful sale. Fees will be disclosed before listing approval.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers. Sellers are responsible for providing valid payment information.
- Earnings will be disbursed to sellers according to our payout schedule and applicable thresholds.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We receive substantiated complaints about your conduct or content
- We are required to do so by law
9. Limitation of Liability
Instructoza is not liable for:
- Any loss of data or revenue
- Platform outages or technical issues
- Disputes between sellers and buyers
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the last six (6) months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of changes via email or website announcement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
